This wedding still leaves us breathless. The love we have for these two, we can't even describe it really. We planned this wedding for over a year and it was one for the books we never wanted to see end. Homemade Manhattan's as favors, handmade paper calligraphy guest tags, wooden escort cards, real figs on every table. Mill Valley Baby Shower | Marin Party Planner

Let it rain, let it rain let it rain!!! We designed this baby shower for little Rainer and are so excited how it turned out! This rain themed baby shower was such a joy to create, the mom and dad to be were themes darling to watch together and the hostess of the year, our client Sara, was such a fun client to work with. She just let us run with what we had in mind and trusted us every step of the way. There is NOTHING better than that! We love you Sara!!

Lodi Wedding | Lodi Wedding Planner

This Kate Spade meets Vineyard wedding was one we were SO excited for all year!! The wedding was at the grooms family estate in Lodi and it couldn't have been more perfect. Kate is even more gorgeous on the inside than she is on the outside and Brad is the sweetest guy who is head over heels in love with this wonderful girl. Couldn't have asked for amore in love couple to work with.

So honored to know I'll have this couple in my life for ever and ever!!

Olympia's Valley Estate Wedding | Petaluma Wedding Planner

We had such a fun time planning this wedding. I mean it's not everyday you get to make a pony into a unicorn and surprise the wedding party and the flowers girls with it! We are also so lucky to call this amazing couple our life long friends and nothing makes us happier than to see them so happy in these photos. All the glitter, sequins, spray painted army men and the bride, wow is she such a stunner!

San Francisco Bay Area Event Wedding Rentals

Have you heard the news?? 

By popular demand we have created a website just for our rental collection we have been building over the years! These are items we have handmade, handcrafted or curated just for our weddings and events.

The best part is they have been tested and proven to be useful, sturdy and photography worthy for events and weddings by our own events and clients for table numbers, escort displays, food presentations, dessert bars, table settings, lounges and more.

Since we are in the heart of wedding season we are adding new items every week to the website so be sure to check back often or follow us on Instagram  to see what pieces we are using and how we are using them. We have pieces of furniture as well that we use for dessert displays, escort/seating cards, favors etc which we will be adding to the site shortly.

While once exclusive for only Katie Rebecca Events clients (who receive a very generous discount) we have opened it up for all to be able to rent. El Paseo Mill Valley Wedding | Marin Wedding Planner

We have the honor of being a part of a very special wedding. The day started at Old St Hilary's Church in Tiburon  and it was a stunning clear day. One of this amazing Marin days where you can see the city so clearly it's almost like your standing in San Francisco.

After the ceremony guests were shuttled over to the absolutely stunning El Paseo in Mill Valley for the reception. By far one of our favorite places to dine we were so excited to host and style an event at a space that is so incredibly special to the area.

Hosting a cocktail style reception guests were able to walk and mingle through the several dining rooms, bar and outdoor patios the whole evening. A live band played while guests sipped their specialty sangria and ate their way through the many food areas we had set up.

Katie Rebecca Events did all of the styling, rentals, decor and florals. We had so much fun being able to create every element for our couple.
